Canadian Focus: Commercial Printing Industry Focus

The Canadian commercial printing industry includes over 5,000 establishments with total annual revenue of about $11 billion. Large Canadian commercial printers include World Color Press (formerly Quebecor World), Transcontinental, and Rogers. The majority is owner-managed small enterprises with fewer than five employees; only about 4 percent have 100 employees or more. The industry is Canada’s largest manufacturing industry based on number of establishments.
